The American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, Inc. is a professional organization founded in 1991 and dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform and the recognition of distinguished practitioners, jurists and academics. The College offers a venue to promote and recognize outstanding achievement and advances in the field of commercial finance law.

2016 Annual Meeting and Dinner 
was held Saturday, April 9th at the
historic Mount Royal Club in Montréal, Quebec, Canada 

This was another well-attended and successful College event!  The agenda included welcoming nine new fellows of the College (click here for the list), and voting for a new class of Regents who will serve until 2020.  The College also honored fellow  Professor Amelia H. Boss, Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law with the College’s Homer Kripke Achievement Award.  Professor Xuan-Thao Nguyen of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law was recognized as the winner of the College’s Grant Gilmore Award.  Watch for photos to be posted!

in Boston, Massachusetts!

This ACCFL 2016 mid-year dinner will be held September 10, 2016, at the Algonquin Club in Boston, Mass. The 3rd annual Advanced Seminar will be held September 11, 2016, at the Morgan, Lewis & Bockius firm's offices, courtesy of our host, fellow Edwin Smith. The seminar topic will be announced soon.
